The Project Manager/Researcher developed a work plan that dealt with each year of the project. Project Management software, Mindjet Mind Manager, was utilized for planning, tracking, and reporting progress. These project management practices assisted the Project Manager/Researcher to bring the project in on time. The Steering Committee was responsible and accountable for budget management.
The literature review emphasized the importance of collaborative projects having clear goals and objectives. The Steering Committee remained committed to the deliverables promised to the funding agency. (Refer to the Project Proposal for details.)
