Toolkit Framework - Networking Technology
The curriculum collaboration model provides a framework that enables regional colleges to participate as full and equal partners. The colleges are geographically widely dispersed across north-central Alberta. As a result, there is a need to consider the use of networking technology that will not only facilitate collaborative curriculum activities, but also the development of inter-institutional communities of practice.
Specific networking technologies being considered include MS SharePoint (curriculum collaboration) and Elluminate Live (communities of practice).
