Project Overview - Project Team
The three deans formed the Curriculum Commons Steering Committee. Later, a fourth dean representing Northern Lakes College, Grouard, joined the committee as a contributing member. Northern Lakes College was also offering the Practical Nurse program and had its own curriculum, but was interested in examining the curriculum collaboration model. Thus, the Steering Committee consisted of four deans and was chaired by the dean from NorQuest College. A Project Manager/Researcher was contracted and a role description developed. Administrative support was provided by the Office of the Dean, NorQuest College. The committee met in Edmonton for the most part, and met once using Elluminate Live. Sixteen meetings were held over the course of the two-year project.
